Ladies Annodata Team Success

Congratulations to The Ladies Annodata team, on qualifying for The Finals, which will take place at The Montecastillo Resort in Jerez, Spain, in March of next year.

Convincing wins from Keely Green and Amy Hennessy, gave Dartford the ideal start against a strong Bawburgh team, and despite close fought losses for Emma Plush and Jill Hennessy, Anne Wheble sealed the crucial point, winning her match at the 17th.

DGC VETS League Team Produce.

The Dartford VETS team won our league this year we qualified to play in the Kent Golf Group Winners Championship hosted this year at Hever Castle. Today we competed against seven other clubs throughout Kent who also won their respective leagues and I am pleased to say that the team came a valiant 2nd losing out by just one point to Sene Valley.

Great effort and a fine end to a very successful season

The Queen's Cup Winners. The inter club competition was set up in 2016 to celebrate the Queen's 90th birthday. This year Dartford hosted and won the event.

Firstly like to say what an honour it has been to captain the 14s for the past 4 years. This has been work in progress all that time finally cultivating in reaching and winning the final. Over the years I have had over 30 players in my squad which is a lovely thing to do, giving opportunity to so many people to represent the club.
The final was a fantastic day at Lamberhurst GC and they put on a very good event, I have passed on my gratitude to Adrian and his team. The course was wonderful with the greens very challenging but our boys mastered them to deliver a wonderful 6 - 2 victory.
The presentation went really well with both myself and the captain from Sundridge Park GC offering nice words about the match and teams. The meal provided by the catering team was absolutely stunning quite simply the best meal I have ever had at any golf club, with everyone raving about the quality and presentation.
I would like to go on record of thanking all the caddies that came along for the final (8) so one each and also the support from some Dartford members who gave up their time to support the team. Especially Ross Bryant who drove around in a buggy feeding me back updates on the matches.
I went out first and gained the first point on the board.
