Junior Open 2024

On Friday 2nd August 2024 Dartford Golf Club held their 33rd Junior Open, a great field contested with fifteen different clubs represented.

In the nett competition Mark Sulman from Dartford took the 3rd prize, Mia Mcmanus from Rochester & Cobham and George Bennett from Dartford both shot a nett 68, with George winning the countback and taking the Meason Trophy.

Chloe Samuel from Dartford was the lowest girl's scratch, winning The Birrell Trophy. Mia McManus won the Mayor's Rose Bowl girl's Handicap, as she had already taken a prize, Daisy Beckett from Upchurch took the handicap prize.

The scratch division was a Dartford 1-2-3, Harrison Costello and Ozzie May shooting 74's, with Ozzie finishing in the second spot, and Haiden Matos with a 72 gross winning the Walker Scratch Cup.
